[Error Code] Canon LBP 5960 E067-0102

I have problem on my printer canon LBP 5960 Error Code E067-0102. I check in service manual mention that, "Primary Transfer ATVC error the current measured at 2 points are identical" the remedial action is HVT1/HVT2.

My question is HVT1/HVT2 are diffictive? need to be change? or thiers another part that to be adjust or fixed..

kindly help me on this problem.

I would clean inside first and if numbers are right replace the ITB.

Thank you on your reply sir, I clean it already inside the machine / connectors of ITB. I will try to replace the ITB.. and I give you a feedback on these..
