Dept. ID Manager For Canon IRA2225

Hi Guys,
How do you register ID odes for the new Canon IRA2225?
I can get into admin. mode using the 7654321, but I dont see the Dept. ID Manager, can anyone help out? Maybe its just because its Friday and was a long week for this tech!

to Turn ON Dept ID
-- Login to Setting/Registration>Management Settings>User Management> Department ID Management =ON
