ia C5051 010A jams

I make a thousand triple-sided copies (exageration) and prints and once I leave it jams. (all trays, all sizes, intermittently) I know i am not the first tech this has happened to, but I don't get it. Replaced feed rollers, upper fixing roller, fixing cleaning rollers, PS39 sensor and PS39 spring has extra wrap due to bulletin. I checked all connectors and bulletins. Machine has less than 300,000 mostly color. Any suggestions?

Are the 3 x 3-way sensors the new type with the white connector block?
If not , replace them.

Even if they are, I have had the new type fail also as the old ones did. I carry a couple of sets of these and still fit them semi-regular.
