Just to throw a slightly different angle on the problem and possible solutions. According to our friend it only jams on A4. We need to find out if it jams on A4 from all A4 cassettes or just one. How does it feed A3. If it feeds A3 OK then the fuser may well be fine. Of course, the simplest and most obvious would quite rightly be the setting of the blue dial in the paper cassette in question. If it is set to A4R then it could jam exactly where it has according to the illustration. I'm thinking its something silly like this if it's only on A4.

Can you tell us if it works on A3?

Sorry, just read that problem solved although it doesn't sound like it will stay solved.

How about you copying single sheet of a4 paper, did it jam at the same place (at fuser unit)?
Did you recently change fixing film?

yes...the fixing film is new...ithink the problem is from the separation roller...because when i using A4 from cassette 4 there is no problem at all... only the different that i can see is cassette 4 is already use pre registration flag that covered with plate..cassette 1 no plate cover....

              Just wanted to know,
Did you change only film or the whole fixing unit?
what are the grease that you apply?
When you manually turn the fixing unit is it hard to turn or is very soft?

Casette 3,4 just give you a guide line to trace your jam problem
Do you know how to check your jams code?
              *28* > Display > Jam
May be from the jam code ,you will find out which sensor level that cause you the jam problem
