Re: Canon Dadf-h1 separation issues
Yes I have seen the separation start to fail on this DF even with a new pad etc. I have replaced a few of these clutch springs but it doesn't seem to make any difference in the separation, after all that clutch only controls the pick-up & feed nothing to do with separation? Shame as this machine is very reliable, not even as good as the 2270/3225 etc

Re: Canon Dadf-h1 separation issues
Yeah, but not much choice my friend. Now that those feeders are getting older it's going to be a required item. That machine sure is a great box. Still a lot of them out there even after all these years. After doing a couple of those one way pulleys my speed will greatly improve on installing that part. Thanks again for the responses. You guys are great.Leave a comment:

They're not much fun to get to. It's going to add time to your rebuilds. =^..^=Leave a comment:

Re: Canon Dadf-h1 separation issues
No---no jam codes.....just a general question. I'll start replacing those one way pulleys then as part of the normal AF rebuild. Thanks for getting back to me.Leave a comment:

Re: Canon Dadf-h1 separation issues
The doc feeder for the IR3300 series are quite a bit older now and I'm noticing at this age level , that they like to feed multiple sheets even after you replace the PU roller , Feed/Sep roller and the 2 sep pad assemblies. Any ideas as to what works for you to resolve this much appreciated-Blaze
