| Problem : The machine displayed an error code of E602 with a sub code of 4000. The technical reference guide indicates that this is an error with the hard drive, and to check the power connector for the hard drive, reload system software, or replace the hard drive. Solution : Replacing Main Controller 1 resolved the E602-4000.
