Hi good morning. i have this machine by make canon Ir 2570ci. when i put it on the machine will ready and when i try to copy it will give me this massage.(remove the paper from the output tray) please any hep will be grateful thank for your consent

if all ok run these below-------------------

Does it have an internal or external finisher? I have seen the bracket that the acuator pivots in(internal or no finisher) bent and the actuator hangs up as Teckat said. Common on all feed into the belly Canons. Techs usually bend it when installing internal finishersComment
