    E000998-00a-05 error on IPC6000VP

Hello everyone! I'm attempting to put together a Canon IPC6000VP that we rcv'd de-installed. I'm gettting an error code E000998-008a-05. The machine powers up then goes into this error, any ideas or direction to go?

thanks, thats excatly the 2 i found not screwed into place. Now I have a different error code; E000007-0011-05; I believe it has to do with the primary fusing unit, but not sure after that.

          -----------------------------

          E007-0011
Primary Fixing Pressure Belt HP sensor does not change states.
Primary Fixing Pressure Belt displacement control system.

          1. Check for any disconnection/improper connection of the connectors of the primary fixing pressure belt full displacement control motor (M304) =>
Disconnect and then connect them if necessary.
          2. Check if there are foreign matters in a series of gears (from the motor to the steering roller shaft) => Remove foreign matters if necessary.
          3. Replace the the primary fixing pressure belt full displacement control motor.

Check the Upper Fuser Roller Bushing to make sure it is in the correct position. The Bushing out of position will cause uneven pressure on the Lower Fixing Belt causing it to track to the rear.

          ipc7000vp-E007 NEW GEAR.pdf

There are two identical drive gears as shown in the diagram below that could be broken and needed replacement.

          -----NOTE: on gears replacement------------
updated replacement part for the 0340 gear-----

          New /FU6-0486-000 GEAR, 36T
          FS5-6488-000 / WASHER

The two gears are identical and therefore the part number is FU6-0340-000. Also check to see the reason why these gear broke such as a frozen component.
