    Toner splatter on copies iRAvdanced 5045 drives me crazy.

    I have black toner splatter on copies, looks like toner drops down somehow on copies.
    I have put in new black drum unit, new black developer unit. Changed ITB unit with other machine at customer.
    Changed process unit with other machine. Changed secondary transfer assy. Vacumed everything.
    If machine has been shut down spots accures after about 5-6 copies.
    Still those splatter/spots..

    Please advice.

      fuser not cleaning properly? There's a guide which seperates the paper from the ufr and that gets gummed up with toner. Scan us an example it would help us out greatly

          Sorry forgot to say, fuser assy replaced too.
          Ill try to upload some examples tomorrow.
