Reported cases from the field that specific items are being accidentally discarded or simply not ordered when a Carriage Unit is replaced on the models listed above.
Failure to replace these items can cause Carriage Unit errors such as 2F26 (Carriage Operation Disabled error) or 2F25 (Carriage Motor HP not Detected error) and other related error codes .
These items include;
-Oil Pads (QC2-0664-000)
-Oil Pad Retainer Rings (QC2-0665-000_
-Left and Right Rail Cleaners (QM3-0542-000 & QM3-0543-000)
-Grease/Oil EU-1 (QY9-0037-000
-Metal Plate (TBA)
Note: The metal plate currently has no part number assigned to it, therefore, it is recommended to use the plate from the Carriage Unit being removed until further notice.
