Help for Canon IR3225(3245) CANNOT PRINT
here is the story. my boss bought 2ndhand Canon IR3225.
First, I connected it thru TCP/IP port. and instal the software the UFR II. After the driver installed. I try to print test. and nothings happened. "Failed to print the document"
But we can scan thru mailbox and make photocopy only.
Second, I connect it to the USB PORT. and try to install and detect the plug & play, error again.
and then i installed it manually for USB PORT. and PRINT TEST PAGE. still no response from the printer. But on the printer machine it Show " Printer Receiving" only.
OS: Windows 7 64bit
Software installed:PCL5e/PCL 6 64bit , UFR II v14
Question.
Does it need to put the License Key (LMS)? i read that License key is needed to unlock the Function of the machine.
I hope someone will help me. coz its headache of configuring this machine. my other job delayed because of this machine. almost 3 days fixing this machine.
