A problem of print quality on iRADVC 5235.

Yes! I know! Tonight I'm intrusive!
But I have another fault.
iRADVC 5235 : when printing in front/rear mode, at the rear side, there's a irregular light band !
In every color !

At the front side, nothing, it's good !

I changed the secondary external transfer roller, the secondary internal transfer roller, the ITB !
The defect it's even present !

Suggestions ?

did you clean the dust proof glass for the laser with the wand? what is the drum life on all the drums?

Does the band change shape ?
Post a PG 10

Did u check if white band is before Fixing _??

The drums colors have about 35% of life.....
The drum black have about 50% of life.
The mirrors of laser and the related polygons are clean.

The defect is on sheet before the fixing unit !

Hi,

I would look for the position where the machine is soiled by toner!!!!!
keep in mind that the ITB is rotating counter clockwise. Verify the image before secondary transfer and the image after.
