Canon IR 2016 out of toner

Hi,
I have a problem in IR 2016, showing (out of toner) or change toner,
the toner bottle is full, I checked the development unit and the developing cylinder, all are ok,
but I didn't found the sensor of the toner, how the machine knows if the toner is low or full???

This is usually simply dirty contacts on the back of the dev unit also check the dev unit is seated correctly, racking into to the drum unit ok etc..

Failing this, vacuum out the unit completely, fit it back in the machine run copies & wait for the machine to ask for toner.

Saludos. Deberias hacer un borrado general (clear+all) y si no funciona cambiar la unidad del revelador.

hi...you should adjust the vr on the HVT board which named ANT...to get the correct toner density
