I am new to the forum. Please forgive me for any mistakes I may make here.
I am looking for help on a repair that I was attempting on a Canon IR3035 copier.
Installed a ADF paper feed kit into the ADF assembly. Will take about 15 sheets at a time and then jams every time.
My client is a mortgage company that sends closing documents into the ADF for scan to email, or just to scan into a folder onto his computer.
It will stop and jam each and every time at about 15 pages, then the problem occurs.
Can someone give some suggestions please.
