I'm having rub and scratch marks that are still there after changing
the belt so I figured it was a cleaning blade. An old tech left part #
FF5-7934-000 here from a past job and it says scraper, pre-transfer
but now I think it was for another machine?

First u need to remove the ITB UNIT,
then u need to remove both metal plates from ITB underside & wipe clean.
Next remove all drums & toners, slide out fuser unit, remove cleaning blade assembly,_take a flashlight look inside cavity towards where cleaning unit slides in, u will see a mess of waste build up along length of rail.
Best to vacuum out, if u try to wipe clean mess will fall down into unit.
With no vacuum, u need to gut & remove all assemblys'
before cleaning (place paper on bottom >then wipe along rail.
Replace cleaning blade unit with a new one.

            Replace metal plates on ITB.
