[Misc] Image Runner C3200 Copying/scanning bad

I have a IR C3200 with a Fiery C-1. It prints fine from computer but when i scan or make copies, it just prints out a mostly green lines color paper. I changed cable because I noticed it was bad but that didn't correct it. See attached picture of what it prints...Bad copy.pdf

    Please help

I'd probably start by reseating all the conns and sub boards on the main controlder. Also conns on reader controller. I'm betting in the end it will be one of the sub boards on the main that is causing this.

When copying off the glass, all of the images come out with digital lines.
The lines do not show up, when printing internal test prints and prints from the network.

              On _Sub Main Controller
              Check these connections on board.
**Also check the Reader Controller connections.
**Try reseating the Scanner Motor connections at the Interface PCB.

Do u or did u have insurance coverage with movers.

U need to check the Scanner Unit & all connections to Reader.
All Scanners need to be locked down or taped in place before any type of move.
