    [Electrical] Canon iR 5570 E804-0000

    Dear

    I have a machine with error E804 which is defective fan on power supply. From part catalog is evident that the fan is part of the power supply and can not be ordered separately so I was wondering whether anyone has experience or is compatible fan from elsewhere from machine? To be used in power supply?

      no problem at all
      All you need is a fan that fix mechanically and has a speed impulse. You need to figure out, what voltage the fan needs and which cable is plus, minus and speed detection, align it in the proper way and you are gone. I have done this several times, replacing fans with some of ricoh, sharp or whatever brand.

      saves you large amount of $
      If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions!
