This printer just started having issues with a waste toner error. I was able to clear it by emptying and cleaning the bottle.
Two weeks later I go back for a Print quality issue with Black Smearing toner. I am replacing the BLK drum tomorrow if effort to
solve the black streaks. Then I noticed there was no waste toner in the bottle, not even a dusting, I am wondering if its a
water toner drive issue, and I can not find any information through Canon to check this problem..ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated. Service motor test or something.
I can get into service mode. Just don't know the test codes.
