I have a customer who pulled the broken roller assembly from the machine to "glue "it... I have a new replacement part but I am not real familiar with this machine... Can the roller assembly (located between the front control panel and the second compartment panel)be replaced without opening up the second panel? The assembly goes through a slot/hole on the bottom left side of the second panel. Does it just snap in or is there some sort of retainer (c washer etc)that is required?
