canon clc5151 printing somtimes and somtimes not

Dear all ,

im facing a problem in this machine when i installed it to my client , the machine is pinging and everything is ok put when i send any order some times prints some times not ,i debut its a fiery problem today i reset it and configure it from the beginning and m under test ,but i wonder if any one face this before thanks .

Yes I agree, reinstall the fiery firmware, I would also replace the fiery HDD too

Are you sure that there is no other device with the same ip it happened to me once and the problem was a mobile with wifi connection....

hi ,yea i debut in that and also i changed the ip and still same problem ,i reset the fiery now and waiting my client feedback thanks all
