[Error Code] Canon Imagepress error E000002-0010

Hi

This is my first post so I would like to send my regards to everybody in the forum.

I have the following error in my Imagepress C1 copier - E000002-0010

It says to press the "shutdown" button and restart de copier again, but the error keeps.

Can anybody tell me what is the problem that causes this error, as well as what is the solution for it and how to clean it.

Hi Sacramento!


The temperature of the fixing roller drops. Visually Inspect main thermistor.Probably have poor contact.After that reset in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR
