    Remove dust from sensors.


    COPIER > FEEDER > FUNCTION>SENS-INT

    It could be you can take them apart and clean with alcohol or replace them. I have had rusty ones that were new. You could order DADF-U1 Kit - FM3-7085-000 which has the clutches and separation reverse guide assembly also.

    According to service manual the Feeder is detecting paper in the path (SR1,SR2,SR3) just make sure the sensor flags aren't blocked.

    The main machine works fine except the Feeder. When a paper is placed on the original tray of the Document Feeder is detected as normal. But when the Start button is pressed, the paper is not picked and the jam indicator flashes.The jam code in the service mode is '0094'. Will you please guys offer your assistance?
