Canon ir 7095 is showing E 840-000, checked the fixing inlet sensor, motor, swapped the fixing unit, replaced the Dc board, checked the connectors etc, problem still persists. when i keep front door open machine gives E -111, E 25-001 etc,what could be the problem, please help, thanks in advance.

You have got a tough one there.
Check the fuses on DC controller that you removed.
E840 is an indicator that you have lost 24v 0r 38v, usually because of a short.
Disconnect finisher, feeder, paper decks,
See what happens when you leave the fixing feeder and/or duplexer out.
Most likely a motor or fan motor is shorted.
eg M1, M13, FIXING MOTOR
disconnect connectors from dc controller one at a time until you get to it
Make sure the controller is still good first.
my e840 was caused by a shorted new fuser
Afte rblowing a couple dc controllers I had to solder in a fuse holder and buy some fuses.

Can you please confirm the error codes as i have only found the e-25 in the manual, which is a toner supply issue.
In the past when i've had random error codes come up, i found it was usually something i did ie; left a connector unplugged for a fan or motor or ...
