Ir 8500 mail box problem

Dear all,

i have a client who call me and said when he use the mail box to save a book on it,and finish he said a few days and the book disappered ,he said that heade the mail box setting to dont remove it ,but a fee days and they disappeard any one face like this problem cos homestly m not ,thanks

on IR600 that was caqused by a weak backup battery.
Could be the same here
Double check his settings at 0 hours
