canon irc 5185 jam code 0107 paper is stuck in transfer belt.

At a loss hoping someone has seen this. Jamming on all pages intermittently. Code is 0107 no paper at ps25 fuser entrance. I have a blank paper that is looks as if it is clung to the transfer belt by static charge because it is "taken up" by the transfer belt. Have cleaned machiene and contacts. Has any one else run into this?

what's the humidity in the room and in the machine? Below 20% What the condition of the pickup rollers of the tray? Does this happen from every tray? Try running the paper landscape. Does it still happen? What the condition of the discharge grid just in front of fuser? Is it coated in toner? Clean it or replace it. These are a few things I would check or do?

Thank you for all of the replys.
Solution to this issue was the small cut in the belt . It was at about 45 degrees but only 1 inch long slice. The blade would make it through the cut then the blade would flip as the belt advanced stopping the belt but not the itb drive making he paper stop just under the belt. Just assuming that the charge voltage on the belt is what the paper was sticking to. Odd ball but customer happy and so am I
