canon IR2525 duplex jams

Hey gang. I dont see canons often but I have a ir2525 that is consistantly jamming in duplex mode. It has 100k and is very clean. I could not find a "jam code" displayed on the control pannel,but it jams while printing the second side, stops dead in its tracks one sheet is leaving drum area the other is comming down the duplex section just ready to meet the drum for developement.
Any ideas would be welcome. I suspect a photo interupter?????

had the same problem on a IRAdv 4025. please note that a ir 2525 and an IRAdv4025 have the same fixing assy. please follow the link below to a previous post on the same issue.

please check/clean or replace the clutch no 4 -duplex feed clutch in clutch section
