[Error Code] Canon IR 3025 E000024-0001 Jams and throws code

This code is related to the Developer sensor, I believe. I removed the DV sensor and cleaned the area and installed new sensor. Problem resolved for about an hour. I believe it may be the toner motor since the bottle only turns when held just right. The motor itself seems to turn but whatever grabs the bottle may not be doing the job... they are using OEM toner. When you clear the jam and cycle the power the machine will feed and copy one page and then throws the code resulting in a jam on the right. Thoughts?
