Thank you Tekcat, this thing has happen when i have done clear dc-con before this it was ok, now i have done everything that you have told me, but is the same thing with Waste Toner Container.

Thanks Teckat, now the copy machine is ok but i have another copy machine canon c 7065 without fiery, i have installed in computer with drivers print pc, but when i print with heavy paper i give with yellow and it gets out with red color.

The correct sequence is to do an
1-AUTO COLOR MISMATCH first,
2-then a CORRECT SHADING,
3-followed by a full AUTO GRADATION
Make sure u have HEAVY PAPER TYPE set up & Stored

Heavy 1/2 auto gradations a bright white 60 - 80 LB media stock is recommended and for the Heavy 3/4 auto gradation a 90 - 100 LB bright white media should be used to obtain best color output and consistent color runs.

The ideal weight to use for this adjustment should be a 60lb bright white sheet of heavy media.

There are a few E025 codes listed on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE series that Do Require a clear to be done.
Best practice for any E025-XXXX code on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE series is to clear the code in service mode and reboot the machine to see if it resets. If it does not clear, trouble shoot the device for that code. Always perform the clear after swapping or replacing any parts related to E025-xxxx codes.


E025 -0200
Toner bottle motor lock (M) error


Over-current of the toner container drive motor was detected.
1. Check whether a toner container of a different model is not installed.
If it is installed, replace it with a correct one.
1-1. Open the toner container installation inlet cover.
1-2. Manually turn the container in an counterclockwise direction until it is fully turned.
1-3. Rotate the toner container in an counterclockwise direction using a toner container removing tool.
1-4. The toner container is placed at the position where it can be removed. Remove the toner
container.
2. Check the connection of the toner container drive motor (M7/M10/M13/M16) (Check whether the wire is not caught by parts.)
3. Replace the toner container drive motor.
4. Replace the toner container tray unit (when this error occurred at rotation of the toner container).
5. Replace the hopper unit.


Inspect to see if Gear (FU6-0584-000), has cracked or broken (EXAMPLE as shown). This may cause E025 Error Codes and prevent the Toner Door from opening.

E000-0000 error code===To clear a Fuser Error enter Service Mode >CLEAR>ENGIN>ERRCLR

You must follow steps below to clear E000
Enter service mode by pressing additional functions than 2 than 8 and then Additional Functions.
#SSSW will be displayed.
Use the right arrow and scroll to #CLEAR then press OK.
Then Use the right arrow and scroll to ENGINE then press OK.
ERRCLR will be displayed then press OK. Then power cycle the machine.


-Your AC wall voltage was double checked and was within specifications. ??

-Make sure there is AC voltage being output to the fixing unit on connector J110.
Connector J110 is the AC connector which supplies AC voltage to the fixing film unit heater.

-If not u may have a Power Supply Assembly Issue.

Below are images that show the Power Supply Assembly location and connector J110's location.
The machine's lower left panel needs to be removed in order to access the Power Supply Assembly.

i have this problem with my printer canon ir adv c9070pro.
i have change about 5 yellow developing unit and drum unit.
when i change it just print a few pages about 200 pages and goes again yellow like in document i have sent you.
any idea why that happens
