Dear All, I have IRADV8285 Pro jamming at pre-registration assy black guide moveable with jam code 0207. The paper stops instantly at the moveable guide. This fault comes only when feeding from Left Deck. All other trays and Deck works fine even on duplex. The PS33 sensor in question is on Pickup assy so l swapped Left pickup assy but problem persist. The paper stock deck itself swapped but no joy. Just wondering if anyone has come accross such a fault. Please awaiting any feedback.Thanks

0207 Jam Code
Jam only occurs when feeding from left paper deck.
The following parts were replaced: left deck feed assembly, paper feed driver PCB, drive motor for the left deck (paper feed), none of this resolved the problem.
Solution :
Replaced flapper (FL2-1167-000) to resolve problem.
You can find this flapper in figure 331 of the parts book. It is located in the middle of the duplex tray.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

Sorted. On this occasion the flapper itself was okay but one end(inboard) of the flapper was a bit loose in its C-groove. This was made tight as it's just plastic to solve problem. Thanks a lot Teckat.imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8085 / 8095 / 8105
