******may be caused by a faulty Patch Shutter operation.

    imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7055 / C7065 / C9065 PRO / C9075 PRO / C9065S PRO / C9075S PRO / C9280 PRO / C9270 PRO / C7270 / C7260

Auto Correct Color Mismatch Is Failing
    (;-(
Auto correct color mismatch is failing.
When this occurs, check the alarm history (Service Mode > Copier > Display > Alarm2).

In some cases, there were several 340004 alarm codes in history.
This alarm pertains to the correction amount of the skew correction motor in or more of the lasers, to have exceeded the limit. In this instance, while looking at a PG6 test print, magenta had a slight skew.
😦 Homing out the lasers in service mode didn't correct the issue (Copier>Function>Laser>LD-ADJ-Y/M/C).
Fix was> all three color laser units were taken out of the machine and the wire ties removed to resolve the issue.
Additionally, the connections to the laser driver were also reseated.

Also***clearing the DC Controller, performing an ITB INIT and then performing the auto color mismatch may correct the issue.

    Note 1:😨
Before clearing the DCON, Back up the DC CON Data by entering service mode LEVEL2> COPIER> FUNCTION> SYSTEM> DSRAMBUP> OK

    Note 2:😦
After Clearing DCON an E991 will occur. To clear the E991, power cycle the machine and enter Service Mode LEVEL 2> COPIER> FUNCTION>SYSTEM>DSRAMRES>OK to restore the data.

We have had the developers cause auto correct color mismatch not to work. Get 12x18 paper and run test page 10 and if the edges of the colors are bad that is the developer to replace. The sensors are on the outer edges. We had one in a print shop that did that.
