Printer threw E075. I center ITB and leveled. At power on, display flashed, power light on, no rotations (pulled out
Contr.#2) and I got rotations but reboots after 30 sec. Replaced Cont.#1. riser bd. and DC P.S. Also relay Bd. Still no go. Any ideas?

Check the External Interface Cable on Main Controller PCB 1 connector J1003 which is for the Control Panel I/F, make sure it's seated properly.

Following is a description of voltage checks to see if the 12/24 POWER SUPPLY BOX ASSEMBLY is turning on by using pages 1 and 2 of the circuit diagram.

- First check for AC voltage going to the 12/24 Power Supply and ALL NIGHT PS (Power Supply) from AC DRIVER.
AC voltage comes from the AC DRIVER at J1005 to J681 for the ALL NIGHT PS and also from the sub AC driver J1022 to J1101 of the 12V PS and J1102 of the 24V PS.
Without AC power to the PCB's no DC voltage is outputted. Suspect the AC DRIVER PC ASSEMBLY failed.
AC Driver Part numbers-
FM3-6052-000 iR-ADV C5035,5030 SERIES 120V
FM3-6053-000 iR-ADV C5051,5045 SERIES 120V


- Next 3V DC must output from the ALL NIGHT PS to the Relay PCB.
ALL NIGHT PS J691 pins 2/3 (pink wires) to Relay PCB J413 pins 1/2.
When the AC voltage is supplied to the ALL NIGHT PS and no 3V DC output replace the ALL NIGHT PS PCB ASSEMBLY - FK2-6324-000.

- 3V DC flows from the ALL NIGHT PS to the Relay PCB and from the Relay PCB down to the 12 and 24 volt Power Supply. Check for 3volts at the RELAY PCB J411 pin 1 to J835 pin 1 to turn on the 12V PS and from the RELAY PCB J412 pin 1 to J834 pin 1 to turn on the 24V PS.
No 3V DC from Relay PCB to J411/J412 pins 1, replace the RELAY BOARD ASSEMBLY FM3-7935-000

Once the 3vdc voltage turns on the Power Supply, 12v is outputted from J835 to J411 Relay PCB (Orange wires) and 24V DC from J834 to J412 (Red wires).
If there is no DC voltage outputted, replace POWER SUPPLY BOX ASSEMBLY FM3-6031-000.
