    Yes I agree, I would look at the dev drive, I'd start by removing & cleaning the dev drive clutch or simply replace it.

    have you tried to make clear DC if you did this problem will occur try to turn back the factory value settings ,you can also try to make clear DC if you didnt do that but make sure to make p-print and after that work from the beginning

    the machine makes about 1750000 i want to ask a question that the toner can cause that copy or not i will check the developer drive

    Looking at that sample I would keep your focus on the developer unit and it's drive. That the density begins fine and fades only following text/image, to me, looks as if the developer is not turning as fast as it should.

    I had the exact same issue on an ir7105. There is a developer speed setting in service mode, not sure if the ir5056 has that setting too. Try to increase speed if you can.

    Hi,

    it could be (FM2-9647-000) PRE-TRANSFER CORONA ASSEMBLY ( you can try to make one photocopy without the pre-transfer corona to check if it improves ).....it could be (FM2-9716-000) TRANSFER/SEPARATE CORONA ASS'Y............
