is DRUM & Toner OEM Canon ??
did u do a AUTO GRADATION after replacement ?
Check the external Secondary Transfer Roller Position ?
1-What kind of Paper Stock ??? Normal , Glossy, or Heavy being used
2-Check the four bias tabs on the Drum Unit Cover.
The bias tab may be pushed in and stuck. If the tab is stuck in, it will create a poor contact to the bias tab on the drum unit resulting in background on the copies. There is one tab for each drum.
Below is a picture with an arrow pointing to the bias tab.

I would suggest to copy a good quality sample in 4 single colours to see if the issue is caused by a drum or something else.Comment
