Anyone expert in Canon IR2018, please i need some help to resolve this problem of my photocopier? Please give me step to troubleshoot..Best Solution???

replace power supply pcb first .. if that doesn't fix it .. replace dc controller pcb

there are two pcb power supply label i see. Which of this is a dc controller pcb and power supply?

First /check to make sure you are receiving proper voltage supply / & ground from your outlet__

Power Supply Unit
Removing the Main Power Supply PCB

1) Detach the rear cover (back of printer).---> 4 screws
2) Detach the right cover (lower).----> (Detach the rear cover---> Open the front cover----> Remove the two hooks (strap), and then detach the right cover (lower) __5 screws)
3) Detach the delivery tray. ----> front 2 screws
4) Remove the [Power Supply PCB [1].
- Connectors [2], 7 pcs.
- Screws [3], 6 pcs.
