The jar file is located in: [app-path]\providers\hardware\canon\<your-region>\pc-meap.jar

The license you probably have to get from canon

Canon does not have licenses available in the Asia Pacific region and they have only unflow licenses to sell! Is there any other way? I suspect the license is generic, if you can provide a thank you for me!
