I cleaned the blade, and transfer belt and received 1 good print. Now it's back to the same problem. Any suggestions?

your test print image is on ITB & P Print Text Fonts are not smeared

        are u a tech ??

what have u done as far as removing ITB Unit> ITB Cleaning Assemly & Drums to inspect ??

As an ITB is used, over an extended period of time, it may become loose causing a small buckle to occur. This buckle may cause the image on the ITB to become blurred or smeared.

You also need to check if ITB is locked up all of the way
Check the Front black lever lock (Lever, Lock FB6-2965-000) / make sure spring hole is not elongated.
Will cause excessive build up of toner in the front part of the drum. This build up causes streaking or backgrounding that becomes worse the more copies are run.

Thank you for all the advice. The print is now clean. To solve this, the blade was cleaned again, and bent/flexed (just by hand) towards the belt for better contact.

I changed these on all ITB BELT Changes/ or if customer is using/doing large page coverage of toner
