[CQ] irc3080 cyan and magenta missing. no codes

Hi. Have not worked on these machines in a while! I have an irc3080i that only prints and copies yellow and black. cyan and magenta completely missing.
If I stop the machine during an autograd the rear patterns on the itb (cyan and magenta) are missing.
I have swapped the two sub boards on the main controller to see if problem swapped between yellow/ black to cyan/magenta but no joy.
Is this a main controller problem or do you think 2 lasers have gone at the same time?
I have an old irc3080i at the office. Am I able to swap main controllers to test or will that kill both boards? If i can swap boards do I need to keep the sd cards with their original boards or keep them with their original machines? Any help appreciated!

Hi it happened to me once...it was one pcb board inserted in the main controller...

There are two equals you can swap them and if the problem is the board the black and yellow color will miss.....

Thanks Ernesto for the quick reply. I have swapped the two sub boards around but the fault did not move, thats why I think it could be the main board

Number of boards on the top right hand corner of the machine. Remove them all and clean contacts and re-seat them all and make sure they are all square . These can become unseated and cause weird problems

First I would work out if your c & m drums are driving. Draw a small mark etc on the edge of the drum, power cycle the machine & see if the marks have moved?

If the symptom does not change after Re-fit 2 Main Controller Sub PRRM-EF-A PCB's and after interchange the upper and lower Main controller sub PCB's, replace the Main Controller PCB you will come right.

Dear first of check whether your drums rotating by marking, check whether clutches of respective colors are rotating through service mode.
Second check whether mieler stop laser path over drum unit, you can check same by lifting respected drum units over your head and poping from down side of drum units.
