Guys need advice i am total newbie,
i ve been looking at the worforce entreprise AM, and from what ive seen it a far better printing solution than the midlevel toner based konica printer like the 8 series or the i series.
IS it really better to switch to ink or are they on the same level. I am really annoyed the while drums, developer ....
any insight is appreciated. Thanks

If you can look past the limitations of the overall quality of color(with regular paper) and the limitations of settings, they are workhorses. Besides a print head early out of the box, and a maintenance unit, haven't had bad issues. Most of it is just learning the quirks of the machines, like the paper drawers can get out of alignment, but they're the easiest machines to adjust. I can't speak for the money/ink usage side as I don't see it, but they seem to be very affordable.

I will say, however, their tech support is decent, but the rest of the company really sucks to get responses from. The warranties are affordable and absolutely worth it.
