bizhub 350 that when customer puts in 50 but only wants 5 tries to stop job but it will not stop. if you push reset or clear it sets copy back to 1 but continues to copy. push stop the job comes up in window but doesnt allow you to choose it so it continues to complete job. what could be the issue that it doesnt stop the copy process. thanks

In some MFPs pushing the reset button twice fast will bring up the screen to delete the job. EmujoIf you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals. -

Is the Start key stuck down, damaged, or pounded to death? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
