I would like to flash the R6 special firmware onto my bizhub c253 which I purchased second hand but cannot get it. I am a bit confused about the policy konica minolta is having here. I just do not want a sensor decide if my drum units are in good condition or not! I have a product an there is a firmware around to allow me to excactly do that and I just cannot download it because I am an End User.
As power user who is able to understand and also maintain a machine this is a bit annoying.
anyway any help would be much appreciated.
