bizhub 654 Drum unit K new release failure!
Greetings!
I just installed a new drum unit "K" (Black) in bizhub 654 and i got this error message "Drum unit K New release failure" (C2A14).
I have cleaned the chip connection contacts of drum unit and on machine side. I have also checked by re-installing the imaging unit several times., but the problem is still there.
I cannot replace the drum unit or purchase the new one. So any idea or helpful advice which can help me to resolve this issue?
