    C3310 user auth not working

    Hi All,
    We have recently installed a C3110 at a client with a hard disk.
    The client wants account track to be aetup on the device.
    We have setup account track as well as user authentication on the device.The device displays Place ID Card.The device does not allow the user to input the user code.We have updated the device firmware but has not resolved the issue.It seems as the device is looking for an authentication unit.Please assist.
