I had 1 customer using bh654,since last week they feedback to me when they scan some document or faxing something and at the same time they print document frm pc,but the print job only printed out when the scan job or fax job completed,i believe scan job or fax job won't not affect sequence of the print job.I already try replaced Ram card and update firmware but doesn't work.any suggection?
