Hello. Long term independent copy tech here - Est. 1983. Have a bizhub 363 that displays "no animation guide available - See Admin". I have been told I need to download and install a file to correct this. Since I don't have access to the Konica-Minolta dealer download center does anyone have or can direct me to where I can obtain the required file(s). I do have the Tech Service Manual.
