I thought I would post this just in case anyone has this issue now or in the future. I had a C9401 on a BizHub C308 with a total count of 9832 and the exposure LED assy. would not light at all. Hotline said they had no history of these 9401's on the C308's (even though these are common on the 4 series copiers with the dual scan ADF's) They had me order the Scanner drive board, the LED assy. and the ribbon cable. I changed the Scanner drive board (A7PUH01A01) and this alone cured problem. I updated service ticket with KMBS so they may have record of it now, but I ordered 3 parts and used 1. I hope this may save someone some time. Board was Advance warranty, but no need to order the LED's or ribbon cable.
