I have a bizhub 500 that only jams after hours while it is receiving and printing a job generated by an off site machine. The customers I.T. pretty much refuses to look into anything changing or being wrong on the sending end. But i have exhausted every thing at the machine side. My self and the users have told their I.T. it never jams during regular hours and regular use. Only after hours during one specific report generated and sent by a off site program. Any help is appreciated.
