Hi all. This is my first post. I'm konica uk trained on c6000 and later but have got involved with a c5501 but I'm getting the dreaded ff on the if 408. I've tried repairing the file structure etc and blah blah but now I'm left with the only option to change hdd. But there's no software with the machine ! I'm. No longer registered on the konica uk website as it lapsed due to not visiting it so I've no access to the software. Anyone know where I can get a rebuild disk. ? Thanks in anticipation
