    [Misc] Bizhub C308

    I have a Bizhub C308 (installed 15 days ago) customer places A4 original on platen glass and presses for one copy, machine screen shows SCANNING STOPPED and LOAD NEXT ORIGINAL or FINISH, as if separate scan is set to on, but this is set to OFF. the machine is running on the latest firmware GOO-84. any advise would help. all other functions i.e. print, doc feeder all working OK.

          Have you tried turning separate platen scan on, rebooting, trying a copy, then turn separate scan off again?
          Also try setting the user setting back to factory default.

              Is "finish" default set to "sort" or "auto", think if it's set to "sort", it'll wait for another original to "sort"

                  Poster stated it was off, off in application settings> original settings> seperate scan, or off where I suggested? This was not specified....

                      it will ask for next orignal if sort mode is on. same if sep scan is on. some idiots set these to sort mode but they auto default to sort if more then one orignal and more then one copy
