Hi all. I had 5 c454 from a customer and one of them wont let me log on as administartor via a web browser. It only allows to input 8 digits in the password space instead of 16. I compaired the settings with the other 4 and they appear to be the same. The customer went in to liquidation so no help there. Also message that ssl not set up/activated. I have updated the f/w, in fact i have tried a few different once.No good. Also resert network settings via service mode still cant log in. I seam to remember a bulletine regarding changing admin or ce password and not being able to log in via web browser but cant find it again. Any help much appreciated.
