be careful which firmware you try and use!!!

that whole series sucked for firmware.

Hello
I have bought a KM Bizhub C364 second hand and I think the HDD was formated.
I have the following error messages:
"OCR Dictionary not found. Contact your Service Representative";
"No Animation Guide available. Contact your service rep." and
"Please turn on the Modem Unit"

If someone could please send me the software to install I would be very grateful
I think after watching 3 days of tutorials and searching the web I know how to install, but I need the software.

i have the same problem here with my c224 (the replacemant for my c203)


The former owner did for security, and to clean user adjustments, a HDD format.
So far so good, but as you now, the movie file is lost after.


Does somebody of you have the Movie file for the c224?

I have service documentation, but I do not have the movie-file
